What if I’m having problems using the product? We try to provide our best support and products instructions whenever we can. If you’re having issues with any products, email us at NailArtCrystals@outlook.com
Which countries do you ship to? We ship to the US only.
Can you rush ship my order? While we will do our best to ship order as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Please plan ahead and contact us if you need your items sooner. If you would like expedited shipping, send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I cancel/ add/ edit my order once it has been placed? If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us (NailArtCrystals@outlook.com) with your order number as soon as possible. If we have not yet packaged and/or shipped your items, we will do our best to accommodate your change or cancellation.
What if I entered a wrong shipping address? Please contact us right away at NailArtCrystals@outlook.com with your order number. We will not be able to update the shipping address once the order has been processed.
