FREE USPS First Class Mail SHIPPING on all orders over $35. Merchandise total must reach $35 after all discounts and before taxes and shipping.
Orders qualifying for FREE shipping promotions are shipped via Ground Shipping service.
FREE shipping is available in the Continental U.S. only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages.
Shipping Policy
We ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email that includes a USPS tracking number and link, so you can track your order status.
Shipping to an address other than your billing address
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to verify your address. Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.

Nail Art Crystals offers a 21-day return policy allowing for full refund or exchange!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you experience any issues - damage, shortage, or discrepancy - please let us know within 3 business days, and keep the original packaging of your order including boxes and wrapping materials. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
